1.  Estimated Turnaround

We will do our best to dispatch your orders as quick as possible. All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Please bear in mind that at busy periods this may be longer. If you need your order for a special occasion please let me know so I can ensure it arrives in good time.

2.  Delivery

All orders will be posted 2nd using Royal Mail Postal Service. Postage is only within the UK and will take 2-4 days once dispatched to arrive

3.  Customisation

All items/designs can be altered. Please make sure you state any alterations you would like when you place your order.

4.  Sizes (for bows only)

All items can be placed on elastic or a clip. Sizing guidelines can be found within product information.

5.   Safety (for bows only)

To ensure your little ones are safe at all times we encourage you not to them unattended with our packing or whilst wearing any of are items.
